Wednesday Evenings (throughout school year)
6:30-7:00 p.m.: "Encounter" Large Group
7:00-7:45 p.m.: "Connect" Small Groups & Youth 101/Confirmation

Sunday Mornings (throughout school year)
9:00-10:00 a.m.: "Connect" Small Groups

"Encounter" Large Group

Join us in the Upper Room (a.k.a. the youth room at #208) to ENCOUNTER the presence and power of Jesus! The FIRST upper room was where the Holy Spirit descended on the disciples and ignited the early church. In CALVARY’S Upper Room we want to ENCOUNTER Jesus just like the first disciples. May we love the Lord and proclaim Christ to the ends of the earth!

"Connect" Small Groups

A “Connect” Small Group is simply a group of students meeting weekly to belong, grow, serve, reach out, and connect with Jesus. Besides Bible study, prayer, and fun, small groups provide relationship, accountability, discipleship, authenticity, responsibility and mission. All 6-12 grade students are encouraged to commit to one of the “Connect” small group options on Sunday morning or in conjunction with the Wednesday evening “Encounter” large group time.

"Youth 101" Confirmation

Youth 101 is a discipleship class open to all 9-12 grade students (especially ninth grade) taught by Pastor Dave Motta. The class meets throughout the school year (Wednesday Nights during small group time) and focuses on faith basics, Bible study, and church history. In the spring, there is a Celebration Service where students can be confirmed in the faith, be baptized as a believer, and/or become an official member of Calvary.
